The VDE regulations 0105 part 1 (EN 50110-1) stipulate that
if for the purpose of a phase identification in medium voltage
cables it is necessary to disconnect the earthing and shortcircuiting for the duration of the measurement, other suitable safety measures have to be implemented. |
